The series is set to be broadcasted on the South Korean cable network JTBC before its episodes drop on Netflix. The story is based on Koo Kyong Yi, who is an insurance investigator, who has a gift of curiosity and intelligence, loves to solve cold cases just for his thrill and excitement instead of bringing justice into the world. Her most challenging case is about to hit her when an equally gifted college student starts their own serial killer plot in an accidental homicide in order to get her insurance money. With the leading role of the inspector, the Koo series has the South Korean actress Lee Young-ae. She is known for her appearance in the Korean historical drama Dae Jang Geum, and many more. She is an award-winning actress who received The best actress award at the 38th Sitges Film festival for her role in the thriller film – Sympathy for lady Vengeance.
Kim Hye Joon will be seen as a mysterious college student. Kim is known for her role in Kingdom as Queen Consort Cho. She is also known for her roles in ”Another Child” and has won the Best New Actress Award at the 40th Blue Dragon Film Award.
Other notable characters in the show are Kwak Sun-Young as Na Je-Hee playing the head of NT Life Insurance’s Investigation Team. Kim Hae-Sook can be seen as the director of a foundation Director Yong, and Lee Hong-nae as Geon-wook who can be seen as Yi-Kyung’s supporter.
When will the Series release?
The show will have fewer episodes compared to other K-drama’s with only twelve episodes of approximately 70 minutes each. The series is set to release its first episode on Saturday that is 30th October 2021, with new episodes arriving twice each week.
